Many of our customers nowadays do not have the time or personnel to source the necessary tooling and fixturing required when purchasing a new piece of capital equipment from us.
So we do it for them!
Our Turnkey Service includes supplying the machine tool along with all auxiliaries and integrating them with the machine, so that when the machine is delivered and installed, it is operating profitably from day one. This eliminates downtime with learning curves running concurrently with your production.
We have operated this service for many years resulting in Broadbent Stanley being on many of the worlds leading manufacturers’ “preferred supplier” lists.
But it doesn’t stop there.
It has proven so successful that it has been further developed and we now offer the facility to produce components or families of components that may require other machines or handling equipment in addition to the basic machine supply. A recent installation incorporated many different types of machine tools sourced all over world, integrated by ourselves will a full component run-off before installation in our Middle Eastern customers manufacturing facility.
