The Type “O” Oilfield Grinder is a large capacity, heavy duty grinding machine available as a manual, semi-automatic or full CNC machine and designed for both OEM and repair shop usage. With a hollow spindle and traversing wheelhead it is capable of grinding all types of oil tools including stabilisers, drill pipe, drill heads, hydroclean bars, fishing tools and all type of mills and reamers.
Following the success of the Type “O” a number of customers in the rubber coated roll industry requested a high precision variant and the Type “R” was born. A fully enclosed heavy duty, full CNC machine capable of performing convex and concave operations along with all types of grooving patterns and offering a swing of 1244mm (49”) and 2032mm (80”) between centres. Longer bed options also available.
