Machine Tool rebuilding service
This service is open to all customers worldwide, owning a quality machine tool, usually of large capacity but following extended use may require attention. It could be a full rebuild to take it back to “as new” condition or just need a gearbox or headstock rebuild or slideways regrinding/replacing.
Conversely it might be a manual machine to be brought up to date with the fitment of a CNC controller, servos and ballscrews. No matter what is required Broadbent Stanley can help.
Prior to Broadbent Stanley taking on board a rebuild, a full machine survey will be carried out, costed and presented to the customer. This way the customer knows exactly how much he will have to pay prior to order placement and minimise any surprises in the form of additional expense during the build. Any unforeseen circumstances or areas not quoted for arising during a rebuild are immediately conveyed to the customer for further discussion.
